If you’re looking to join Jones’ in a flexible way, session bundles are a great way to join without a monthly membership. Session bundles allow you to book any of our training options including Solo Training (Book The Gym, Book A Bay) and our Group Training sessions. 

These credits last either 1, 2, 3 or 4 months depending on which pack you purchase.

    I have been working in the fitness industry for nearly 20 years.

    After completing a sports science degree, personal training diploma and a G.P referral qualification, I set up my own business visiting peoples homes.

    I then went on to set up a bootcamp and gym in Biggleswade with the intention of helping as many people in the local community as possible.

    Although I am based behind a desk a little more nowadays, I still have a massive passion for helping people feel great about exercise and living a healthy lifestyle.

    I'm extremely passionate about exercise psychology and love to understand what motivates someone to train, or not to train.

    My door is always open if you need any help, advice or just want to give some feedback about the gym.

    Since 2019, I've been a personal trainer based at Jones' Fitness in Biggleswade specialising in Strength and Conditioning, Weight-Loss & Rehabilitation.

    I'm a university graduate with a degree in Exercise Health & Fitness. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life not only for the physical aspect but for my mental and emotional wellbeing.

    When it comes to training, all programs are bespoke for all my clients to help them achieve personal goals, both physically and mentally. This, combined with an evaluation of your current movement ability, lifestyle, body composition, sleep quality and nutritional habits, we will begin working on a plan designed specifically for you.

    I've spent years in the corporate world working in senior management, so I can relate to those of you who work overtime, stress about work and struggle to fit exercise into your already bustling diary.

    I actually never liked the gym! If you told me 10years ago I would be a full time PT - I would have definitely laughed out loud.

    The only sports I've ever had passion for was horse riding - which I did both competitively and non. Until I discovered running like Forest Gump from work/life stress & anxiety!

    Fast forward to now and I'm a level 4 PT, qualified nutrition coach and pre/post natal specialist. My focus is to help as many people as possible to build confidence at the gym and create sustainable habits that help you in achieving your goals!

    Working at Jones Fitness is very special to me. Many of you may remember my transformation in 2020 when I lost five stone and dramatically improved my fitness by making the life-changing decision to become a Jones' member. I was so inspired by everyone I met here, coaches and members. This prompted me to rethink my career and what I wanted to do. I made the big decision to get my personal training qualifications so I could help other people change their life too.

    Over the past few years, I've been working as a self-employed fitness coach and personal trainer, growing my experience in the industry and helping others fall in love with health and fitness.

    Fitness for me isn't about appearance and the number on the scales. It's about longevity, reducing the risk of getting long-term conditions, improving your mental health and the overall performance of your life.

    I absolutely love strength training, running and bootcamp style group training. I've completed three Hyrox races (Women's Singles and Mixed Doubles), multiple Nuclear Races and plenty of running events. I love building a community so I'll definitely be bringing the Team Jones' vibe to all my classes!

    I've been at Jones' for nearly 2 years, you would usually see me on Tuesday evenings, Thursday morning and some weekends. If you know me, you would know my classes are usually chaos, but hopefully a controlled chaos.

    I really want to make people feel confident in themselves and push them to new limits which they never knew they could get to.

    Hi Team! I'm Ollie, a Level 3 Personal Trainer currently studying towards my degree in Sports and Exercise Science.

    I've spent the last year working as an S+C Coach with the first team at Cambridge United Football Club. I grew up playing rugby at academy level and have been training in the gym myself since I was 16. So I've had loads of experience to help you reach your goal, no matter how big or small!

    Aside from that I'm all about enthusiasm and good energy, I always bring 100% and good vibes. If you're in a class or session with me I guarantee you'll leave with a smile on your face. I strive to help people and build confidence within yourself!

As a member I loved everything about the gym and studio, so when I was asked if I wanted to work here I jumped at the chance. I knew it would be the easiest job in the world talking to new members about something I love so much.

    Most members refer to me as 'Mama Jones' and I generally just look after everyone here at Jones' Fitness (mainly the coaching team and Aiden)
