Since 2019, I’ve been a personal trainer based at Jones’ Fitness in Biggleswade specialising in Strength and Conditioning, Weight-Loss & Rehabilitation.
I’m a university graduate with a degree in Exercise Health & Fitness.
Fitness has always been a huge part of my life not only for the physical aspect but for my mental and emotional wellbeing.
When it comes to training, all programs are bespoke for all my clients to help them achieve personal goals, both physically and mentally. This, combined with an evaluation of your current movement ability, lifestyle, body composition, sleep quality and nutritional habits we will begin working on a plan designed specifically for you.
Alongside this I can design a sustainable nutritional plan that both supports the goals but also fits into a long term lifestyle.
