I've been a part of Aiden Jones Gym Since 2014 when I signed up for a membership. Since then I've become a Level 3 Personal Trainer and have been working with Aiden & the team since early 2016. I've always been very active from a young age, competing in a variety of sports from skate competitions to track and field events. After spending A lot of time down the skatepark I decided to take a different approach to training, my current training involves more olympic style weight lifting and strength based training. The wide variety of skills and training I've done over the years has allowed me to understand how the human body works and support people to reach their goals. I really enjoy training people in the gym, whether it's a full session or just a new movement. My goal for the future is to be a fully qualified Olympic Weightlifting Coach. There is lots of work to do until I get there, but it will allow me to take my skills further and become a better coach.
