To celebrate the completion of 10 years of Bootcamp, this January we are aiming to lose what we lost in the entire first year of our Bootcamp way back in 2021, a total of 300kg. Although we think that was a super impressive achievement over the year with a small group of people, we believe we can hit a collective 300kg in the month of January.
One of the most powerful aspects of Bootcamp was that every 6-weeks our clients had the option to weigh in at the beginning and end. Whoever lost the biggest percentage weight would win £150! Although being heathy isn’t necessarily all about the weight loss, it can certainly help create some momentum and healthy habits.
